I reached out to Joel after I saw a couple adorable Boxers on his site that I was into. He e-mailed me back (and texted me to tell me he e-mailed me) with a list of questions he wanted answers to. Questions like:

Who are you getting the puppy for?
Do you have children?
Do you have a Vet?
Give me a brief description of your environment?
Where are you located precisely?
Are you able to pay the $800 for the puppy?
How soon do you need the puppy?

He said he asked these questions to make sure I was going to be an appropriate pet parent. I texted back and asked if he could please send me some additional pictures of the second dog I had inquired about, since he only sent me pictures of one dog. He replied back, “Okay waiting.” I was like ??? waiting for what? So I told him to let me know when he had sent the other pictures. He then replied with two texts, two minutes apart: “Did you respond to my questions?” “Did you???” Like bro, chill. The interaction was so weird and off-putting that I just blocked him and moved on. Less than a week later, I see him on this website. Glad I didn’t give this crook any of my money.
