Was the wrong account so they returned funds to me which I never got. Luckily my funds were from my Anex who reversed the charges!

They got 1900 from me they are now saying they are based from Texas i paid 900 for the dog then they had a lie about the crate the animal was being shipped in not being suitable so i paid 1000 shipping insurance but was supposed to be refunded 950 when i got the puppy i then get an email the next morning saying they need another 500 foot covid insurance because the dog was coming with a “puppy nanny” i refused to pay it and offered to pick the dog up but when i asked for the airline they blocked me
