After waiting, she received a text for additional funds on the basis of insurance and crating due to covid lock down. Upon more inquiries as to why she needed to do this the number has since been disconnected and the scam transport companies phone line disconnected also. They refuse to return funds and now won’t respond.

My poor mother, sick humans to this to people.
