*Scammers use a physical address to appear more legitimate. The address will have no connection to the actual scam as they will be an innocent third  party are criminals. Their goal is to steal your money.
They will lie, they will tell you sob stories, they will send you pictures of puppys which they have found online, they will assure you of their faith and religion – anything to get your money!

These scammers offer huge discounts that no actual australian shepherd puppy breeder would ever offer. If you see an offer that is too good to be true, it probably is. After you have paid the (hugely discounted) initial fee for the puppy you will be introduced to the “shipping company”.

The Scam Delivery company is simply another website created by the scammer to charge you even more fees for everything from delivery, an air conditioned travel crate, medical insurance for your puppy and even ask you to pay for premium pet food for your puppy!

To see some of these scam delivery companies have a look at Scam Shipping Company.

These details are correct as of today (April 1, 2021) but the name and address could possibly belong to an innocent third party if the domain was registered using a stolen credit card. was registered using the email address EMAIL ADDRESS NOT KNOWN.

  1. They are using the name Blue Diamond Shelties now. Same phone number from Bellwood PA. 814-822-4453. Claim they are from Pittsburgh that would be a 412 area code. Sounds like Indian accent or middle eastern. Very poor English. Told me puppy was gone when I said I wanted to pick it up in person.

  2. Was scammed by these people. They are now operating under Blue Diamond Shelties. Went as far as to pay them through CashApp and sent them a signed contract. CashApp did not approve the transaction to $FrankCNA, thank God. He gave me the phone number 814-822-4453 to call and his wife’s CashAPP info to send money to $vet2day with her name being Diane M Motive. Not surprisingly, phone number didn’t work and they refuse to do any video calls.

    • I just agreed to buy one from blue diamond and just seen your remarks…Thanks for posting the scam..I was getting ready to send money..Thank You ..Thank You..I bought my other three thru Akc. Web site and should of know better. You did a great service to us.

  3. I lost $950 just this week. Same phone number as above. They emailed and texted but never could speak in person. Excuses like, “sorry, we all have other jobs.” And “my mum had an accident.” were reasons why they didn’t call me when asked. They also gave instructions on using PayPal to pay them, which I’ve used for years so thought it was legit. The payment didn’t go through using several attempts, and so they asked me to use CashApp, which went through immediately and that was it. I was scammed. They also gave me another email for PayPay saying it was “their son.” It is [email protected] and I’m not sure if this guy is involved or scammed as well. I submitted an FBI and police report and sent a complaint to BBB.

    • By the way, their CashApp is under $FrankCNA and the name assigned is Kelvin Karuti

  4. Please be aware they are also operating under the name There are nine shelties posted all 10 weeks old. Pictures are beautiful. They all look way to professional. They say you can’t come and see the puppies because of covid. When I emailed they signed the email James and Kate Smith. They said small family sheltie business out of Pittsburgh. When you look through their website there are definite tell tale signs they are fake. Look at their grammar and sentence structure. You can see they cut and pasted from other sites.

  5. I also messaged them today, and got as far as a contract. I insisted on a name and address before I would move any farther. They don’t even sign a first name to their emails.
They have already switched website urls to SummersetSheltieHome- but the website looks exactly the same. They also have a website at SheltieEmpire. The credentials they gave me were

    James Smith
    Summerset Sheltie Home
    5709 Rural St, pittsburgh PA

The address maps to a 1bd apt on Zillow.

  6. Yes I just lost 750 dollars to these people today 814 822. 4453 same thing this really needs the police involved it just breaks my heart because my 5 year old was involved and so was my wife for a surprise and to see my little girl get hurt it just really burns me up

  7. Hi I messaged them today about puppies and then realized they were scammed. They gave me a phone number 8148224453
