We visited greenboxerspuppies.com and then contacted the site via email at greenboxershome@gmail.com. We received an email back from Garcia Romero with pictures of the puppy. We then asked for video of the puppy and that was sent right away. He sent an email saying he wanted to find a good home for the puppy. He asked if we had kids he wanted to know our home address. He said he’s been raising boxes for 10 years. He said the boxer was coming from Colorado.

He said he would except payment by ZELLE or Apple Pay. We sent $500 via ZELLE and another $400 by Apple Pay.

We didn’t hear back from him for a day as he said he had a family emergency. We then received a text with a link and a tracking number to another website that was to give us tracking information on the shipment of the puppy. The text came from 410-656-9216. It listed our nearest airport, a pick up date, and time. But no address. We tried to call two different phone numbers on the website and neither one of them were operational.

The website for the fake shipping company is Expressgolbalogistics.com

Clearly we’ve been scammed out of $900. Beware of these heartless scammers!
