We didn’t received our puppies and they later contacted us telling us that our puppies needed ventilated crates . We sadly and blindly payed for it since we were excited to have them with us. The puppies didn’t arrive. We kept calling to (216) 505-8892 and (216) 273-5207 since those are the numbers they provided. They would make us go into loops and then they asked for another crate. Saying we had only payed for one. That’s when we asked for our money back and they stop answering us.

We tried to purchase Lola. My bank did not approve the transfer through Zelle. Greatshihtzupuppies.com wanted us to go buy a One Vanilla Visa Card from CVS, Dollar General, or Walmart and send the money that way. When we called the customer service dept. at Walmart they said this was a common scam that they warn people about. This was the second scammer puppy farm we encountered in one day. The first one took my wife’s debit card but luckily the fraud dept. at her bank turned it down. Anyway–the phone number for Great Shih Tzu Puppies is 216-273-5207 if you want to give them a piece of your mind. Just be warned–they will hang up pretty quick unless they think can get money out of you. That’s if they answer the phone.
