Email was from grasslandpuppies.com and texts were from 202.886.5069. They were very engaging, with long emails, asking about my animals. They were very personable. There were 12 back and forth emails and 170 texts, back and forth. Constantly in contact. The money was transferred using Zelle to sergewalang@gmail.com and Loah Akony at juniorloah@icloud.com
I was supposed to receive the puppy this evening, and they even texted that she had been dropped off at the airport this morning. Then the shipping company UltraSafeMovers.com contacted me and said I needed to purchase or rent a temperature controlled crate to protect the puppy. That’s when I called BS as the email was not in proper English. It was all very convincing. There was a contract and a confirmation for the shipping reservation. When I confronted him/her they said they needed the money and that they were sorry. Even said that there were actually puppies! I cant believe they got me!!
