The address will have no connection to the actual scam as they will be an innocent third party The trouble with a purchase like a puppy is that the internet is the most common place to look. No-one wants to support cruel breeding farms, and most legitimate breeders have websites and also advertise online. Criminals take advantage of this by creating their own websites and paying for advertising using stolen credit cards. These scammers have multiple websites which sell other puppys besides maltipoos. They normally go for the most popular breeds as they can find the most victims. If you enquire about one of their puppys they will offer you huge discounts. They will even throw in the best puppy food for your new puppy! Gracehillmaltipoos.com will claim to deliver the puppy using a Fake Delivery company which is actually another scam website they set up in order to steal your money by charging for non existent delivery, veternary bills, medical insurance for your puppy as well as multiple other fees. If you have any further information please post it in the comments section below. We are particularly interested in names, email address and phone numbers used by these scammers.
March, 15th, I found this business website “www.gracehillmaltipoos.com” of available puppies for sale advertised by a family breeder; I clicked “Contact Us” and filled up the information and submitted it since I was interested in one of the puppy. Soon I received the text from 267-714-5991 and the email from [email protected] with the price details, current pictures of the puppy, shipping options, and required my details information for the paperwork to process.
The next day on March 16th, the breeder emailed me the bill of $600 plus $250 door-to-door delivery charge and list their address, 5031 Valley St, Philadelphia, PA, 19124, with payment details of Cashapp tag: $Alexusnette
Name: Alexus Burnette
March 17th, I replied to the email with my name and address to the breeder for processing paperwork and the ownership. At the same time, they text me from 267-714-5991 provided the cashier’s Zelle account info with the number 2673662678 and the name of Darin N Sackie; they were asking me to send the payment immediately. As soon as I sent the money with Zelle thru the bank, the breeder required the screenshot as proof then I did. After they confirmed the transaction is a success and said they would send the paperwork for me to sign that day, arranging the door-to-door delivery on Sunday, March 21, 1-4 pm as my request.
In the next two days, March 18th and 19th, I texted/emailed the breeder to follow up on the paperwork and the contract; they replied as they will send them in the evening, in the next day. However, they did not.
As I continued to follow up, they replied that everything is in order and do not need to worry; the paperwork would be ready to sign on the delivery date.
March 20th, there was no response of text or emails from the breeder; no one answered phone calls to confirm today’s delivery.
Since I could not reach to the breeder with the number then I tried the number 267-366-2678, which was the account number that received my money. The person who answered the phone claimed his name is Paul Smith and do not know anything about the money or any names that I mentioned.
I have filed the case to Federal Fraud crime and reported to Best Business Bureau as I also emailed to the scammer and told them that I have report them and they should stop the scam or refund the money.
The scammer replied as the reason they did not deliver was because his (or her) son got in an accident and they can arrange another day for delivery; after I told them the date, and again, they do not confirm or respond.
After a week past, I checked the website is still active even now; so I emailed to them and said, they should be shame for what they are doing; the money they have stealing from innocent people based on lies, I told them that soon they will face karma and realize what they have done at the moment of suffering death.
I didn’t expect the person replied the email immediately, and admitted that it was a scam because his/her son needs surgery and asked me to forgive them for scamming and even asked that if I could donate extra $500 or more to them now.
I could not describe how upset I feel, I wish this list could have been post earlier, I hope no more victims; the scam must be stop!!!
There phone number is actually (267) 714-5991
