I googled golden retriever for sale this site popped up everything looked legit website including contract- they also said if we change our mind we can back out, it’s fully refundable they are very persistent and they are good taking advantage of peoples emotions by saying things like “you ask too many questions, are you serious? We have many people on waiting! I got emotional and truly loved the puppy Mamba (Kobe Bryant fan) so mamba was a special name- Asked for deposit if we wanted to reserve the puppy, we figured it’s fully refundable so we decided to go thru with the deposit and they only accepted thru Zelle or Walmart Onevanilla card amd take a picture of the receipt and email it to them- I did exactly that…due to family emergency I wanted to cancel the contract but they said not to worry just pay the balance and they will hold the puppy and when ready send the travel/ shipping charges so I got suckered once again..also I tried to cancel when I emailed them I can’t adopt right now – they stopped all communication- I have filed a complaint and a claim with my financial institution, BBB, and the Govt. Fraud Website-
Zelle should take some accountability as well and flag these scammers accts

I was scammed out of $850.00- don’t understand how Zelle or Walmart has not flagged them they are still in business under same information
They are still operating under the same website/domain name, phone number and email address

Or they wanted me to go to Walmart or CVS and get 2 Onevanilla cards and send them the info on the receipt- which I chose not to do felt safer to go thru the bank – but Zelle is not like a credit card or even Venmo – so I don’t think I will get my money back – but hoping this will help other people from getting scammed and letting emotions take over gut feeling- SAD!!
Since this has been happening all over and in mass Zelle should also be held somewhat accountable for letting these types of accounts be open-
