They used the front and back of someone’s drivers license who lives in Utah (clearly a white Male when He sounded Mexican and could barely speak English after talking to him on the phone)

The phone number is (210) 556-0489
The Utah DL he sent me (front and Back) Belongs to a Arthur Newton.
The address they sent me (to pickup the dog) was 614 W Johanna St. Austin, TX 78704, USA
