I paid for a boxer puppy, sandy. Paid 1/2 on April 25th. Balance of $410 due upon receipt of delivery. Was supposed to receive by 9:30 pm this evening.  I am in spokane Washington.  Seller made last minute demands for balance claiming (a) he had bills to pay; and (b) needed the money for his “son’s treatments.” Have not received any word from neither Cedric Lark, Tim Romero nor seller. It is my intention to try to recover my lost monies. If anyone has any additional information please get a hold of me. I wish I would have found this scam report before I paid them money.

However the communication back and forth was very sketchy. They sent a number of pictures of “Major” to our email along with a video of him. Once we decided to purchase said dog, there were a number of text messages back and forth regarding payment etc. First we were told to send money via applypay, then etransfer, then western union. When we sent via western union next day service, they were upset we didn’t send same day. So then they decided that was ok, but they had “lost their id” so we needed to go cancel it and resend using western union information in Cameroon, because their daughter would help get them the funds. At that point we knew it was a scam and cancelled the western union and reclaimed our money. We texted back that we felt it was a scam and cancelled the transaction. They didn’t seem to care, probably because they knew they had been caught. Stay away from Garcias Boxers.
