I sent an email to [email protected] asking for their location. I received a reply from a ‘DR. Clinton’. He stated that they are located at 2101 Q St SE, Washington, DC 20020. I went to the city building records office website to look for that address and the city’s records show that the house at that address has been vacant for over three years and that it’s condition is ‘Blighted’. I researched the BBB and they have no record of a business in that name. I researched the Secretary of State website in Washington DC and there is no registered business or registered trade name of Family Raised Shih tzu(s). I sent this information back to ‘DR. Clinton’ and never received a response. Scam all the way!
We had the misfortune to purchase two puppies from this company. Dr. Robinson has called us and emailed extensively back and forth but didn’t ship the dogs. The same dogs are listed for sale on the website. Now he won’t return my calls.
