They were given $1500 for both cats plus $1020 for crate rental deposit for delivery from Nashville to my home in Western New York. They asked on the day of delivery another $1560 for permit fees once the cats were at the airport. They provided a tracking number with the transport company animal-petmovers.com which is also a fraudulent site likely ran by the same people. Everything seemed legit. I asked the transport company to call me and while on the phone asked them for their company’s phone number and the man with an Indian accent hung up the phone. I then spoke to the breeder who was likely the same person and they assured us that everything was ok and it was not a scam and he would call us back in 30 minutes with a solution. He then blocked my number. I used both zelle and apple pay and can not recover any of this money. The money is one thing but we were extremely excited for our new kittens. My kids will be heart broken.
