He requested I send an $1,100 AMEX giftcard as payment and he would put the dog on a flight in the cabin (instead of cargo) with a pet nanny. I looked on the airline sites and it costs way more to do that. I requested a video of the dog with a piece of paper with the date to show it was not a current, original video. He refused.
