Said he been living in FL for about 11 years & was from Germany. Definetely not from USA
He said 1/2 the purchase price would have to be paid upfront using Zelle & the other 1/2 would have to be paid upon delivery of birds through same payment method
He continued to try to ensure me he wasn’t a scammer & was legit
