Told him I would pick the puppy up myself. He said ok and asked for a $150 application fee before he would meet me for the puppy. I told him I only had cash and would pay and fill it out when I got the puppy. No reply. He even sent me a video where he did a screen record of a blue frenchie puppy and talked over it because I asked him to Skype me with the puppy. He couldn’t do that. So he said “oh I’ll send you a video of the puppy.” I replied “ok well say my name in the video then so I know it’s real” so he sends me a video that is clearly screen recorded with him talking over the video saying my name. Didnt interact with the pup in the video at all. I later found the video on google. Lol. These people are monsters and need to get a real Job.
