The address will have no connection to the actual scam as they will be an innocent third party Elianshihtzupuppies.com is not a puppy breeders website and this is not a review of Elianshihtzupuppies.com. This is a warning. They claims to sell puppys but the domain was actually created by criminals in order to defraud people wanting to buy a shihtzu. Once you express interest in buying one of the puppys the scammer will send you a template email telling you a lot of details about the puppy as well as information on the best puppy food to use, and how you should take care of your new puppy. They will even send you “proof” by showing you pictures they have stolen off the internet of shihtzu puppys. Elianshihtzupuppies.com will claim to deliver the puppy using a Fraudulent Delivery company. The “delivery company” is actually another scam website they set up in order to steal your money by charging for non existent delivery, an air conditioned travel crate, medical insurance for your puppy as well as multiple other fees. This is a copy of the email I sent to the above reporting link.
The website advertises cute puppies. My daughter sent them $750 dollars to buy one after many text and email conversations, which included pictures and videos of the puppy she had selected. Shortly after sending them the money, which was supposed to be the all-in price, including shipping, she was contacted to send them and additional $5000 to “mortgage” an air-conditioned crate for shipping. It made no sense that an “air conditioned” crate is required, since other places on the website said the puppy would be shipped to her by courier, who would ride with the puppy in the main cabin of the aircraft. They promised that 99% of the money for this crate mortgage would be returned when the puppy was delivered to our door step. Upon receipt of this very odd request, we did some digging and discovered that this website is listed in several places as being a scam. I discovered several of the images for the puppies they have “for sale” on other websites through a reverse Google image search. Of course, they have not responded to any of our requests to return the initial $750 once we told them we could not afford the “mortgage.”
Please shut down this website. My daughter is crushed- not only because she gave them her life’s savings, but also, because she was really counting on getting that dog for emotional support, which she really needs. This is a very sophisticated website that looks legitimate.
You need to prevent your hosting of a sophisticated scam which is victimizing children.
I would like a prompt response as to how you will proceed, so I can determine if I need to report both this website and your hosting of it to the FBI and FTC.
Kind Regards,
John Frankhouser
