they require payment by onevanilla or vanilla prepaid visa. $999.
then they request photo of card (front and back) and copy receipt for payment of card
upon receipt of photo card and receipt……..they tell you they will begin making travel arrangements for the puppy
after this point, not certain what happens
i did research vanilla visa. appears the photo of card ( front and back) and receipt allows the availability to obtain a replacement card on line.
hope this information is helpful. i can not confirm scam site or not scam as would have to go through
process to know the answer.
