Purchased a kitten from a secure online website cutebirmankittens.com. Required Zelle payment. Did not send me a receipt. He delayed in communication for 2 days. Seller choose shipping company because he has said he had special rates. I have no paperwork to verify purchase.
Was notified by Global Logistics Mail that they had my kitten and needed me to sign the transfer of ownership document. I did. Then they told me I had to rent a heated carrier for $899.99 through Zelle. Paid that. Then they need a city permit for $998.99 through Zelle. Paid that. Then they wanted $982.03 for insurance through Zelle. Paid it. Then they called and need an additional $987.99 for a refund slip! Did not pay this. Told them to send proof of kitten.
They keep calling. Sent me a video of four crates in a warehouse supposedly containing my kitten. No pictures of kitten. Both companies will not cooperate or refund my money. Never received kitten. Did not receive refund. Contacted my bank, Internet Cyber Fraud and BBB.
