She sent them 950.00. Never received the cat and they will not return her emails or texts. She did ask for her money back at one point because she didn’t feel this was a legit company and they totally did the “Trust us” bs. We contacted our bank and put in a dispute and they replaced $700.00 back in October. However, we just received a letter from the bank telling us they will be reversing the $700.00 transaction as they finalized their investigation and obtained documentation which supports that the transaction is valid. I don’t know who the criminal is…Cuddly Maine Coon Cattery or the bank. I found the names of the individuals that run this scam. They are Cody A. Delao of Oak Creek, WI and Nicole E. Apicella of LaCrosse, WI. Here’s the kicker…Cody is going to school for Cybersecurity. He has been in and out of jail pretty much his entire life. Now he’s gaining the knowledge of cybersecurity.

I was so excited to finally get a chance to purchase a Maine Coon. After only conversing via email, I noticed that they would never provide documentation that I wanted to show their legitimacy. Never showed any time of certification and would never talk to me on the phone. I thought that was odd. When I brought up my concerns, they just said they wish I would trust them. NO THANKS. They almost got me out of $950. Beware of these people!!!!!
