Nationwide Phone Number- 580-203-6899 which doesn’t exist anywhere online. He wanted me to pay $950 which would be 100% refundable to me supposedly. The email address I was suppose to pay for shipping was cntangsi67@gmail.com and the name was Carlier Tangsi. I googled his name and found this pet scams page luckily. He gave me 2 Apple Pay’s that didn’t work and then kept asking for zelle pay and gave me his email donald72924@gmail.com with the name Donald Yongbi. I called him out about the pet scams page and he stopped responding. Beware!!!

My daughter found a cocker spaniel puppy on the website http://www.companioncockerspaniels.com. My daughter sent an inquiry email and was told the puppy PIP was available for purchase for $700. I called the number listed on the email back and a man named Rodney answered the phone. He told me he was in Miami, Florida however the area code was Texas on his phone number 956-332-1884. The address to Companion Cockerspaniels was 10200 Sabal Palm Ave, Miami Florida 33156. We spoke and he assured me it would be safe to fly a puppy from Miami to San Diego Airport. After several other emails, he requested payment be thru the CASH APP for a deposit of $500. We sent the payment to the name $jakiyaann. We needed to provide a screen shot which we did. At that point he emailed a contract which I signed and sent back. After he received the contract, he requested the remaining $450 also thru CASH APP to the same name of $jakiyaann. We sent the money on 3/19/21. On the morning of 3/20/21 he sent me a text stating he took the dog for a final vet check and to the airport and left it with https://airtailsmovers.com/. I then received an email from them requesting a payment of $1505 to send the dog to the San Diego Airport in a Covid approved shipping container. They stated that 95% of my money would be refunded to me. I had already paid and extra $250 for shipping. I then proceeded to call Rodney which did not answer his phone. I then text him and asked him why they were asking me for more money, and he said it was a new rule and it was 95% refundable. I emailed the company as asked to use my credit card, which I was told no, it would take too long to process I needed to use the CASH APP to the name of $nsomyongbi, Yongbi Donald. Thru good luck, my payment did not go thru. I received an email stating my payment did not go thru and they wanted me to make 3-$500 payments or wire the money to them. I attempted to call them, of course they do not answer their phone. Then they told me they would charge me to house the puppy. I again attempted to request a refund from Rodney. He text me this am 3/21/21 to tell me he paid $250 to ship the dog. He has not refunded me. Apparently both companies are scams!
