What actions have you taken on this? I have never had this happen to me before and I am embarresed and very upset since I just lost a pomeranian. This is the exact same email I received although they called themselves mellowpomeranians.com they used the exact same address too, they even provided a fake contract for me to sign told me I needed to pay the 650 upfront by either zelle or venom. Once I asked for the name of the organization they used to register the pomeranian puppies and for them to do a video chat with me so I could see they actually had the pomeranian pup in their physical possession they stopped responding which they only communicated via email. Luckily I did not send any money.

They provide fake contracts and and website, they claim they have free shipping voucher and will ship to house or nearest airport with money paid in full prior to shipment 650 for airport pick up or 700 for delivery to your house. They claim puppies are 50% off because they are preparing for a new litter. I asked for verification that they physically had the puppy in their possension by video call prior to signing the contract and they stopped responding to me all together. This scammer is very crafty they will send other pictures of the pup via email to try to convince you even further. They claim the pups come AKC registered but cannot provide the organization they use for registration. I have posted a copy of the contract to further help people however my personal information has been removed for privacy

HEALTH GUARANTEE
The Seller, MELLOW WILLIAMS and Kim Anna PUPPY (s) to be free from infectious
diseases for four (4) days after the PUPPY (s) leaves their premises and guarantees the PUPPY
(s) to
be free from genetic problems for up to one year of age. Hip and joint problems can be caused
by or influenced by overfeeding, improper diet, failure to maintain proper weight, failure to
provide sufficient exercise, over-exercising or improper exercising which would be out of our
control.
Seller will provide Buyer with a PUPPY (s) that leaves the house; in good general health and that
has known no physical defects.
Buyer agrees that he/she will take their PUPPY (s) to their veterinarian within four(4) days of
receiving the PUPPY (s) for examination, testing for worms, treatment for worms, obtain
prescription (As recommended by vets).
Failure to have the PUPPY (s) examined by a vet within four(4) days of the date the PUPPY (s)
delivered to Buyer or if Buyer fails to provide required immunizations, treatment or de-worming,
will mean that this health guarantee will be void.
RIGHT OF RECOVERY OR PLACEMENT
Should the Buyer find themselves unexpectedly in a circumstance where other things prevents
them from being able to properly care for the PUPPY (s), Buyer agrees that we will be
contacted first and given first rights to the PUPPY (s). If the PUPPY (s) is to be sold, Seller
will be given right of first refusal. Buyer agrees that the PUPPY (s) will not under any
circumstances be placed in an animal shelter or pound or rescue center. This provision is to
ensure that the PUPPY (s) will not end up homeless or destroyed.
GENERAL
This written Agreement contains all of the terms of this PUPPY (S) Deposit and Sales
Agreement. Refunds are given, all deposits are refundable and all sales are final.
To ensure that the Buyer can immediately reserve the PUPPY (s) of their choice, Buyer and
Seller agree that this Agreement is in full force by virtue of E-mail exchange of completed copy
of this agreement between Seller and Buyer. All disputes are subject to resolution with the Seller.
