I reached out to this cattery last night and they responded around 2am. I had a few questions and they skipped right over them. I asked if I could pick up locally, they said no because of covid.
Red flags:
1- website was http://www.coast ragdoll.com but their site header said Rock N RedRagdoll
2- no social media’s, couldn’t google their site if you tried
3- they said I could only pay Apple Pay of Zelle (sell said right in the app “this is not an app to buy inexpensive puppies or kittens from a stranger” because they don’t have buyer protection)
4- I asked to do PayPal they said no, I told them that was the only way I could do it, they told me I could only use “friends and family” not goods and services and said “ Please understand that when you pay with buyer’s protection I won’t be able to get the money for paperwork. Shipping cost and all the accessories required for the kitten to fly
Have no worries make the payment with the option family and friends.
Trust my words”
5- their gmail for PayPal was “gamerboy500”
6-also when you look at their shipping tab, it says stuff about shipping kittens then says “pups”
I ultimately didn’t go through with the transaction but wanted to give awareness in hopes someone thinking of buying a cat from them sees this!

The main person I talked to went by the name Andrew Barham and I did receive a number from him with a GA area code (229)603-4674. This is awful and hate whoever else this has effected.
