The address will have no connection to the actual scam as they will be an innocent third party The trouble with a purchase like a puppy is that the internet is the most common place to look. No-one wants to support cruel breeding farms, and most legitimate breeders have websites and also advertise online. Criminals take advantage of this by creating their own websites and paying for advertising using stolen credit cards. These scammers have multiple websites which sell other puppys besides shihtzus. They normally go for the most popular breeds as they can find the most victims. If you enquire about one of their puppys they will offer you huge discounts. They will even throw in the best puppy food for your new puppy! Classicshihtzuhome.com will claim to deliver the puppy using a Fake Delivery company which is actually another scam website they set up in order to steal your money by charging for non existent delivery, veternary bills, medical insurance for your puppy as well as multiple other fees. Glad I did some research before I sent money scammers need to be stopped!!!
When I searched for Shih Tzu puppies there was no warning about this site. I received pictures
and video of the puppies. I was sent a contract… see attached… I made payment through western union as an ID needed to be shown. The name given to me was Fritz Nigel in GA. He emailed to let me know he got the money and the dog was taken to the shipping company. I was contacted by Ushippettransit.com via email telling me they had the puppy and that due to a change in regulations they needed 995.00 for a special crate to transport the dog. I sent the email to [email protected].
He responded with it was ok as the crate was necessary to which I told him he needed to deal with this as the contract included the shipping. I also informed Ushippettransit.com that the FAA did not require a special crate and that I found an FAA crate for 129.00. I was not about to pay for any shipping as the Contract was breeder expense. I also referred the shipper to the breeder.
Ushippettransit.com sent a threatening email telling me I could be charged with a crime in abandoning the puppy and for abuse. I asked for their phone number as I could not find a website for them. I also asked for the federal statute that required the special crate as I work in Federal law. I have not heard back from them. If this company was only paid for a year, why is the site active as my contact to them was through the website. This is 07/02/2022. They were the first site to pop up on my search which means that they paid a fee for that. The header of the email from Ushippet is:

The phone number 404-900-4563 is an active number and the address of 3770 Ivy Rd NE Atlanta GA is a valid address. The name he gave me of Fritz Nigel is what I gave to Western union to pick up the money. I will be contacting western union.
I spent 700.00 because the website is still active and there was no warning for it being a scam site.
As with Jason Sullivan I contacted [email protected] (Feb. 2022). The contract says the address is 3770 Ivy Rd NE, Atlanta GA 30342. The phone number they gave is (404) 900-4563. They requested payment by either Zelle or AmEx gift cards. Tho they were unable to take Zelle as their limit had been reached for the week. So they requested gift cards. Everything seemed fine, then the shipper (Uship Pet Transit) contacted me for $995 (fully refundable) for a specical pet crate. Then I was contacted that at the 3 hour layover in Charlotte they required$1500 in insurance or the puppy would be put in quarantine. This was all done by email. I paid the puppy fee and the “refundable upon delivery” crate fee, but drew the line at the insurance. I received threats of jail because of animal cruelty. Then I found THIS website. Too late to save me from being defrauded. But I learned a BIG lesson.
[email protected] is the email they just used on 12/16/20 to contact us and they list their house as 67 Millbridge St. Pittsburgh PA 15210. I have a copy of the sales contract that they sent with what appears to be an AKC stamp, which is why we thought they were legit, but after some more research it seems as tho they aren’t
