They asked to fill out an application which are few questions about you and few questions about how we would care for dog. I am asking to pick up the dogs and I was willing to fly there. They gave excuses about Covid and that they had a theft recently so they are hesitant about visits. I said I’ll meet them at the airport and pay them in full but no response now. They said they are located in El Paso. They sent lots of pics of the dogs. I tried to look up meta data on the photos but they are wiped cleaned.
