They sent us pictures of “our puppy” and when I downloaded them to my phone, 9/16/20 showed up as the date. I asked if it was our puppy and they said it was and they downloaded the picture from their computer. We communicated by email. They agreed for us to pick up our puppy in Minnesota when we were on vacation in Wisconsin. I looked the address on google. The home sold in June. I contacted the realtor who sold the home and no one ever had dogs there. They have not refunded our money after it was requested.
