MetroCargoExpress is a company in MI but it does not have a office in Ladysmith,VA MetroCargoExpress will supply you with departure time, arrival time, and even delivery to your door, but will not give you the name of the airline or a flt. number.

We contacted them by text. They did not pick up our calls. Then we checked on whois and they only registered their website for 1 year. We also check on google to see if their testimonials were genuine. It turns out that they stole them from another website:

Who registered was registered on January 2, 2018 with NameSilo, LLC .

It was registered using the following details:

Name: Bryan Carl (
Address: 2814 Silver Hill Terrace,
United States

These details are correct as of today (May 30, 2018) but the name and address could possibly belong to an innocent third party if the domain was registered using a stolen credit card. was registered using the email address
It was registered 4 months and 28 days ago on January 2, 2018  and expires January 2, 2019.

To look at it another way, this “company” only started January 2, 2018 and does not plan to be using the website after January 2, 2019 as it has only a 1 year registration.

Would you trust these people enough to pay them money?

How can I shut down was registered with the domain registrar NameSilo, LLC.

  1. We lost $865 in late November of 2019. They then asked for $957 to pay for a special crate and we were told the money would be refunded when the puppy arrived. The emails were in broken english and they were always pushing to send the money. They sent video clips of our DOG!!! They used two numbers , 586-840-8092 and 256-613-4762. Ii did speak to them once and they had an Asian accent.
The shipping company was Coscargo. 840-223-5490. When I called they could not speak very good English, They broke my childrens heart at Xmas!!

  2. Thank God I checked this site before sending them money!! I got suspicious when I couldn’t get someone on the phone & they would only text…then the email they sent me had some broken English in it. Red flags!
They are currently using the phone number: ‭+1 (205) 259-7710‬ & the email
They will tell you to use Cash App
Here is our Cash App ID:
    Amount:$450 deposit
Reason for payment. To Tyrone Turner
    Or Zelle: Zelle
    Reason for payment..For Lesel

Thank you all for the heads up on the scammers!! So thankfully I read these reviews before sending them any money!!

    • Hi, I wouldn’t worry as fraudsters are opportunistic in nature and will therefore will move on as soon as you cut contact with them. Thanks – Mark North (Mod)

  3. I got scammed. Please stay away from Bright Scam artists who will use a fake cargo shipping company to get money out of you. They don’t have any puppies at all. BEWARE!!!!

  4. I also got scammed by Bright Goldendoodles, why can we not stop this person? I lost $865

  5. I did not get to google and search this Bright Golden Doodle place prior sending money to them. I sent them two payments in the amount of $865 (puppy cost) and $937(shipping cost, told 95% will be refunded at the time of receiving the puppy). The phone number we texted each other was 586-840-8092 and the shipping agency’s number was 804-223-5490. They even sent me tracking number to track the status in transit of the puppy and I never received the puppy. I wish I read these posting earlier. I will file a FBI IC 3 as the above instructed. Stay Away from these scammers!!

  6. They are still up and running regardless of how many notices and ticket I submit to the hosting service. It may be because they are one in the same (Scammers). Last effort is a complain to the BBB in Atlanta on the web hosting company themselves. Update on their email address they are using ( they added an “s” to the end of bright as their old email was reported for Gmail violation. Also, their number has changed to 1 (586) 840-8092 from their old one 1 (248)-289-5746. I’m keeping a running log on them so that I can provide law enforcement all the info when they start working on the case. Still trying to find out what phone relay system they using to help maintain their anonymity.

  7. Unfortunately I fell victim to their scam. I lost $865 to this scam. I did file a report with the FBI and FTC. For those that have not, please do so as each attempted fraud counts and it’s the cumulative dollar amount that will ultimately lead to FBI resources to be given to this scammer. Again, the more reports that are made the faster the response will be.

My details – same scam site : with a phone number of (248) 289-5764 more than likely a voip relay phone like google voice. The scammer used two addresses – for initial contact and used Zelle to request transfer of funds to I reported both accounts to google to investigate and sent a notice to Zelle corporate to start a investigation ticket. I know my chances of getting my money is zero to nil, but the fact they scammed a member of the armed forces might have some weight on the complaint. It was marked as such on the FBI IC3 form.

Again, please report the attempted scam if you were involved, even if you didn’t send the money. If you did send money, please file a report to FBI IC3, the FTC, and also make a report to your local police department. Each reported filed get’s shared throughout the law enforcement community and the more that have it the better the odds of catching this person. Don’t let them get away with your hard earned money.

  8. We were prepared to pay for a very cute medium golden pup. Site looked great and had great info and a fantastic price of $750 plus $115 to ship from MI yesterday. No name of seller ever given, even though requested. Completed application and asked for more photos – recent – and got a couple same day as ad, plus a video of multiple pups.

“Seller” asked for PayPal payment (fine) from cash in account (avoids 5 day delay), which we don’t carry. Alternate was to use his email as “Friends and Family” in 2 installments. Did not work with his address: so he offered to send another. That downtime was when I investigated further and found this site. GLAD I DID!!! An hour later he came back with a new email address to use with PP F&F: When I didn’t reply, he sent a message 2 hours later: “I have been waiting on you for long now”.

Now using phone number 586-840-8092, and still claiming to be in Michigan.

  9. I was seconds away to hitting the send payment button when a little voice said to check this site out first. Glad I did. They wanted me to send money that didn’t make sense and to a different email address. I’m heart broken but at least I’m heartbroken with 1000$ still in my pocket

  10. I paid them yesterday. About an hour after payment they stopped talking to me. What do I do now ? Any way to get my money back ?

  11. They are currently using a new phone number: (586)248-6017. I was a DAY away from buying from them. Glad I looked here first!

  12. Yes this is 100% a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! When i called them out on it they were extremely rude and got defensive. Needs to be shut down. what rude people

  13. Just nearly got us too. Seemed fishy but got the contract and things just didnt line up. they gave us the Michigan address but no name. Beware! Glad this site is here to confirm. thank you.

  14. They did the same thing to me! They used a different address in Fairfax Va however. Provided they would accept PayPal and then just kidding, they would only accept moneygram. Wanted payment immediately or they would double the price or pass the puppy on to someone else. Still using a phone registered in Michigan. Once I called them out they will not respond to me.

  15. They tried to scam me too. It was suspicious from the beginning with their unanswered phone calls with an area code in Michigan but they are located in Fairfax, VA. The grammatical spelling was a dead giveaway. I also had a gut feeling that something wasn’t right when they offer a discount and try to rush the sale. Report them!
