, herein referred to as (“Buyer”), must pay the sum of One Thousand One Hundred ($1100.00) to purchase a female FCI Reg Presa Canario Puppy named “NINA”, born on July 20th, 2021, as advertised, and photographed on the website https://brandigeorgepresahome.com/ by Delano Watson the (“Seller”). The said puppy is being delivered with the following:
WARRANTIES
1. The dog has been OFA certified on her hips and elbows.
2. The dog’s eyes are CERF cleared.
3. The dog has been issued a written Health Warranty attesting to the above.
4. The dog has been properly dewormed at ages 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks.
5. Dog has received her distemper, measles and parainfluenza vaccine at age 6-8 weeks OR it DHPP (distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza, and parvovirus) Vaccination as age 8 weeks.
6. Dog will be transported to Buyer from Seller by air transport in a pet crate.
a. A). The Dog will be delivered to Buyer’s home address located at:

7. Seller is the true and legal owner of Dog till after this agreement has been signed and Payment completed.
8. Dog is sold free of any claims or liens.
9. Seller will defend against charges of every kind of all persons who may Claim any legal rights to said Dog.
10. Incase this contract is breached by either party, the injured party (Plaintiff) has every legal right to sue the other party (defendant) according to the common law code for civil agreements as states in (ArtI.S10.C1.5 Contract Clause) of the U.S Constitution.

REGISTRATION
Upon confirmation of payment in the amount of One Thousand One Hundred ($1100.00) dollars, which includes the purchase price of Dog, and air transportation, Seller agrees to take immediate action not to exceed four (4) calendar days to execute all necessary papers to transfer ownership and ship the dog to Buyer and forward documentation to:
