With the CFPB report number 157057527. We tried to buy a puppy online through Billy Blue Heelers Website. You have to contact them to ask them any questions which we did @ info@billyblueheelers.com. We asked about a certain 11 week old puppy named Winnie. She reminded us of our 12-year-old Rottweiler we recently lost to the old age. Like Bella Winnie’s eyes were full of love, and that drew usLike Bella Winnie‘s eyes were full of love, and that drew us to her picture. A man name Kevin responded, giving us information on the breed, sending us multiple pictures of Winnie and asked us certain questions to make sure that we would take care of his puppy if he were to sell it to us. We did all of the above and then we made our choice to move ahead since there was no red flags at this time.(about 14 years ago we purchased for American bobtail kitties under two separate transactions with the same breeder in Arkansas, was a wonderful experience. I had two in my daughter has two of which we each have 1 now.) Everything seemed to be an order. He told us When he would cost $700 plus $175 for her flight fees and who (briannathomas1229@gmail.com) to send the money to saying we could use PayPal, Apple Pay, or Zelle. We’re familiar with Zelle so we chose cell. he also produced a contract for us that we signed and returned later. We also had to show proof on our cell phone that we in fact sent the Zelle payment. Then he sent once payment was received this text it said hello I just did the flight registration of the puppy. Everything is good to go. The puppy will be arriving later today 2/23/23 delivered at your home address at 6:10 PM. The delivery company will notify you once registration has been confirmed. My husband, my grandchildren, my son and daughter-in-law as Bella was a family dog to all of us for many years and went everywhere with us.

Then that Thursday morning, February 23 at 10:37 we get this email from this pet company Happy-Tails Pet agency demanding another $1490 as our pump. He is now at the airport in quarantine and will not be allowed to board the flight until payment is made for her to have pet insurance. All of this should’ve been taken care of by the up and up breeder who does this for a living. They even threatened us, saying the puppy could be held up to 2 to 3 months and then turned over to a local shelter, and that we could face criminal Pat neglect charges. I do not reply to them, but instead call Kevin who answers the phone who has a middle eastern accent. I tell him that he scared me and he better make this right right away and he says oh no this is all a big mistake. Let me call them and take care of it. Give me about five minutes and I’ll call you back. He never called me back, nor was he him receiving my calls.
One of my husband’s friends at work Lisa heard about this and she went ahead and submitted for Winnie is well and he said yes she’s for sale and sent her all the same information. Pictures information etc.. I also inquired about a dog name stripe under a faults email and name from Nashville Arkansas. They did respond, but this time without a name with all the same information sending pictures and a video of stripe. Yes he’s still available and so on, same spiel. Once I asked him for proof of any veterinarian visit, says he disclosed and all shot and health exam information, they ceased to respond. This puppy, website, scam, and the travel PET scan our one and the same. I’m sure of it or they’re working together. They need to be stopped!!! This puppy website scam and the travel pet scam are one and the same. I’m sure of it or they’re working together, regardless they need to be stopped and people need to know about them so they do not rob anyone else of their hard earned money or their emotions.

When we go to book a flight for our pets, we always call ahead and find the most direct flight available (much as if you were looking for a flight for yourself). Our puppies have always arrived safe and sound in their new homes since we use a service which provides a pet nanny to travel along with them to make Sure they get all supplies while on flight. Believe me when I say it is better and more comfortable to fly a puppy on a 3-5 hours flight than drive with that puppy for 9 hours or more.
Shipping Gemma to you will require the following for a Safe program;

– Certified Health and immunization certificates – $50
– Airline-approved Vaccine – $55
– Climate-controlled pet class flight fee – $70
For a total of $175

The shipping process normally takes between 6-18 hours to complete. So the total to have the puppy over to you will be $700 plus shipping of $175 making a total of $875.
The process of getting Gemma over to you is very simple! As for the paperwork and shipping process , it normally takes a couple of hours to complete, though sometimes it could take a little longer, however, the whole process hardly exceeds one whole day. After payment, we will meet the shipping agent and he is going to call all airlines to find out which of them has the most direct flight to your location then he can book the flight.

I, the undersigned Seller, do sell the aforementioned dog to the buyer for the sum of $700 and agree to ship to Harry Reid International Airport for the sum of $175. I certify that the aforementioned dog is in good health, owned free, and clear from all claims of any kind. I, the undersigned seller, state that all of the information provided in this Bill of Sale is true and accurate.
The puppy is guaranteed 1 year against FATAL and LIFE-THREATENING congenital
diseases that adversely affect the health of the animal. The seller reserves the right to a second
veterinarian opinion at the expense of the seller. Shipping the puppy back is at the seller’s
expense. The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a local veterinarian at their expense
within 72 hours from the date of receiving the puppy. If the veterinarian does not give the dog a
clean bill of health, the buyer must notify the seller immediately. The seller reserves the right to
have the dog reexamined by his vet at his cost. Any condition that is minor, correctable, or
breed-related is not covered. Any condition caused by an injury after new owners take
possession is not covered.
Puppy is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. If a puppy is found to have a severe
health problem that warrants its return, the buyer must present a letter from the vet stating the
nature of the problem. The buyer agrees to house the puppy appropriately in a clean, climate-
controlled environment, and provide vaccinations, worming, heartworm prevention, proper
socialization, vet care, food, and freshwater.
