Bichonheavens.com are advertising puppys for sale online. They use stolen credit cards and invent identities to defraud people shopping for a bichon frise puppy online.
In the first email, the scammer will ask all the right questions, putting you through the motions to prove your suitability: how would we care for our puppy, how would we train him, how often would he be alone?

Then the fraudsters emails will get shorter and normally keep to sms messages. This is because the first email is a template where as you are now dealing with the actual scammer.

The “Scam Breeder” will ignore any questions about their affiliation with any clubs or organisations, and questions about the puppy’s parents. The main focus now is convincing you to pay as soon as possible. The puppy will be shipped to you by the scammers perferred delivery company. There is no other option. If you insist on picking up your new bichon frise they will eventually agree. It makes no difference to them if you travel for 4 hours because they are not at the address they claim to be.

Bichonheavens.com will claim to deliver the puppy using a Fraudulent Delivery company which is actually another scam website they set up in order to steal your money by charging for non existent delivery, a air conditioned travel crate, medical insurance for your puppy as well as multiple other fees.

  1. I was scammed out of $500.00 on 12/23/2018. They had me wire the deposit through Zelle. The following day they requested another $949.00 for an air conditioned crate. I realized then it was a scam. The names listed were Linda and David Kern located in Atlanta, Georgia.

  2. I also inquired about a corgi puppy and something didn’t ring well with them. I responded that my son lives in Georgia and could come see the puppy for me. Of course no response. The email had tons of typos which threw me and made me think scammers!!! They also used https://www.fampembrokecorgi.com/contact/ which another report had as a scam. Buyers beware of these people!!!!

  5. BICHON HEAVENS IS A FRAUD AND A SCAM!!!
I am Linda Keith from Shirewood Bichons. I’ve been a breeder for 18 years. Pictures on Bichon Heavens were stolen from my website. The parent pictures, some of the wording and all the testimonials were stolen from my website. They simply changed the name of my husband to the name Dave. The puppies named Kallie and Alice that are on the Available Puppy Page for $700 DO NOT EXIST they are pictures of puppies from my past litters. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS ANY MONEY. They also have a corgi website attached to the same phone number. I have hired an attorney. https://www.fampembrokecorgi.com/contact/
