Although the transportation fee was included in the payment, the day before the puppy was supposed to be delivered, PET ULTIMATE LOGISTICS (the shipping company ) requested an insurance fee of $1500 before they would ship the puppy.

We refused to pay and asked for a refund. We haven’t heard anything from Bestnewfies.com
