This message is to notify you that after the registration of your male Maltese Puppy for delivery very early this evening, the flight that your puppy was supposed to be on had been grounded due to extremely poor weather and the wide / rapid spread of the Covid-19 Coronavirus and a strict decision following the climbing infection rate of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the United States after statistics have recently proven that tender animals could be potential carriers due to the fact that we don’t and can’t ship them in the cargo of the plane where they will be frightened by the noise from the engines making them unhealthy upon delivery so we normally put them in a liter box and ship them in the cabin with passengers making them safe and healthy. We are not able to proceed with the delivery of your puppy and other animals under 18 weeks using the usual ventilated shipping crates which exposes them to mean while every passenger is required to put on an N95 classified face mask before getting on any publick flight or airport. To make them immune to hypothermia, we need an automatic temperature controlled crate with N95 respiratory system which will help boost each of the puppy’s warmth or cold automatically, avoiding an extremely hot or cool puppy while preventing contamination. This is not your fault or that of anyone but the animal’s well being comes first.

It would be unsafe for the animal to travel from without being put inside an automatic electronic air conditioned crate. Under the jurisdictions and regulations of the U.S airlines operational policy 67/23/2001 it was stated that in emergency situations like this, no animal younger than the age of 18 weeks should be transported to a different state without being put inside an electronic air conditioned crate with special respiratory system for safety of the pet under extreme conditions like this. All animals younger than 18 weeks should be put inside an electronic air conditioned crate

Normally, pet owners should provide crates for their animals thus clients are required to;

– Rent a crate from our crate panthers which will be taken back from you at the time of delivery of your puppy at your delivery location

To rent a crate, you need to deposit the full cost of the crate $1050.00 USD as a collateral security then the crate store will provide us with a crate to be used for the delivery. Once the delivery is completed, you will have to sign the insurance papers in person at the time of the delivery to get back 95% of $997.50 USD deposit as refunds while the other 5% will go in for the crate rental. The 95% $1008.00 USD will be given to you at the point of the delivery after you’ve signed the insurance papers that will be delivered with the dog.

3- If you choose to buy a crate for your puppy and it will not be taken back from you once the delivery is completed as well as you won’t get any refund.

You will have to select one of the above options for electronic air conditioned crates options. This crate will protect the puppy against the harsh flight weather, this crate will keep the puppy safe as they travel from Silver Spring, Nevada to NewJersey.

The crate also provides sleeping and eating space for the puppy as they fly so we can immediately get the crate for the puppy and she will be flown to your location as soon as possible. You will have to be fast because the next flight will soon take off and it will really be good to have your puppy on that flight.

THE FLIGHT DETAILS SHALL BE GIVEN ONCE PAYMENTS ARE MADE AND WE HAVE A CRATE TO CHOOSE A FLIGHT FOR THE PUPPY
