Thankfully I will not be doing business with them because of what I found here. I contacted scottshetlandhome.com about purchasing a sheltie. Corresponded with Brianna Harris (480-409-4893). Sent her $975 for puppy, which included a transportation fee. My puppy was to be shipped by HAPPY TAILS COUNTY, the phone number (620-640-0334)the gentleman called me from was the EXACT SAME as your transport company. He wanted $1500 for an electronic carrier that the dog had to be shipped in. $50 rental fee and $1450 escrow deposit that would be returned to me. Funny thing was he would only accept CASH, BANK TRANSFER, ZELLE. I asked about using a credit card, he said NO, it took to long to get money.

According to the Insurance and Quarantine Service Center for the City’s International Airport an insurance certificate fee of $1825.20 is required, BUT is refundable at the time of the puppy’s delivery to my home. Yeah, sure. I just want to make everyone aware, so that no one else falls victim to this horrible scam.

The information I have on them from their alleged shipping company is: BRUENA WRIGHT, 3217 W. Orange wood Ave., Phoenix, Arizona 85051 and a phone number of (480) 409-4893. The puppy was to be shipped via a company called International Air Carrier Transport and their phone number is (602) 640-0334. This company called and wanted $1500 ($50 rental fee and $1450 ‘caution fee’ to be refunded immediately when the puppy arrived at my door).
The seller was quick to respond to my emails until I questioned the additional $1500 shipping fee and then communications stopped.
