They use stolen credit cards and invent identities to defraud people shopping for a boxer puppy online. In the first email, the scammer will ask all the right questions, putting you through the motions to prove your suitability: how would we care for our puppy, how would we train him, how often would he be alone? Then the fraudsters emails will get shorter and normally keep to sms messages. This is because the first email is a template where as you are now dealing with the actual scammer. The “Scam Breeder” will ignore any questions about their affiliation with any clubs or organisations, and questions about the puppy’s parents. They said there name is Kimberly Mueller from Georgia. I was looking to purchase a boxer puppy named joop and ended up getting scammed out of 2k(they said ill get it refunded). Now I have no money for Christmas presents and no puppy for my dad. Honestly feel so down now.
I wasn’t as fortunate, absolutely stay clear of this dirtbag/dirtbags from Cameroon!
They literally just scammed me out 950$ and the 1170$ I’m sick to my stomach and today’s my daughters birthday I’m so lost I was supposed to have the puppy for her today
Yes, thank you for this post. It was strange that they wanted us to send them a deposit of $500.00, via Zelle, but we hadnt received the “sales contract” that they said would be emailed to us. My husband is a detective for LA county Sheriffs, and totally said they were scam artists from the beginning. NEVER send money to ayone, without having all the documents and details. Even the video they sent us of the puppy, seemed strange. We received a text from the same number as Kayla (678)829-6899, which was untraceable.
Good call Paul!
