*Scammers use a physical address to appear more legitimate. The address will have no connection to the actual scam as they will be an innocent third  party

Premiumpitbull.com are advertising puppys for sale online. They use stolen credit cards and invent identities to defraud people shopping for a pit bull puppy online.
In the first email, the scammer will ask all the right questions, putting you through the motions to prove your suitability: how would we care for our puppy, how would we train him, how often would he be alone?

Then the fraudsters emails will get shorter and normally keep to sms messages. This is because the first email is a template where as you are now dealing with the actual scammer.

The “Scam Breeder” will ignore any questions about their affiliation with any clubs or organisations, and questions about the puppy’s parents. The main focus now is convincing you to pay as soon as possible. The puppy will be shipped to you by the scammers perferred delivery company. There is no other option. If you insist on picking up your new pit bull they will eventually agree. It makes no difference to them if you travel for 4 hours because they are not at the address they claim to be.

Premiumpitbull.com will claim to deliver the puppy using a Fraudulent Delivery company which is actually another scam website they set up in order to steal your money by charging for non existent delivery, a air conditioned travel crate, medical insurance for your puppy as well as multiple other fees.

    • Hey girl,
I’m gonna say yes after spending 3 hours in communication with her for Theo. None of their paymnet options worked and they were not even associated with her own accounts. Then she wanted me to go to CVS and get 2 separate prepaid cards to send her pics of.
She wouldn’t allow me to come pic Theo up and when I told her that I wanted to bring cash and pick him up or I’d have to look elsewhere she said go ahead and look elsewhere. I’m so devastated, I was gonna surprise my 15yr old when she came home and she had no concern or empathy about anything.
      I hope this helps.

    • Hi Carla, unfortunately it does appear to be a scam. I’d highly recommend going on the American Kennel Club website and finding a puppy through there.

  2. I almost fell for it too. Thank you for this website. Here is exactly what she said in the email to me:
“Hello and thanks for your interest in out PITBULL puppies at https://pits4families.com/available-puppies/
We have beautiful puppies and ready for their forever homes. They are at present 11-12 weeks of age and have received their complete shots. We know how important it is to place you with the perfect pet for your family and that is why we put so much time into nurturing and caring for our puppies. Remember you are buying a new family companion and it is very important you purchase a quality well bred dog. We are a family of pet lovers with a lot of breeding experience. We are dedicated to providing premium quality puppies to families that are willing to nurture and love them. We believe that puppies are kids in dog’s outfits so they are to be treated the same way and we expect their new families to feel the same way as well. We offer a 1-year Health Guarantee against birth defects on all our puppies, they are up to date on vaccinations and will receive a Certificate of Health by a licensed Veterinarian before delivery. It gives us joy to provide cute puppies to loving families that are willing to share their homes with them. Meanwhile, I would like to know more about your experience with pets as a whole and if your present home is a convenient place for a puppy.

I then went on to tell her my story and history with pets. Her reply back to me was :

Thanks for getting back to us. Reading about your experience with pets and how ready your home is to welcome a new puppy really got me impressed and I can say i will happily be letting you re-home a puppy from us. Attached below are more photos of Luna. We are located in Idaho City, ID and she will be delivered from here. We breed for passion and love and its our policy to deliver all our puppies to their forever new homes so we can get to know you better, these puppies are very dear to us all. We owe them is the best homes where they will be treated with love and affection. Sure you can assure us of that!!

I then told her I would absolutely love to have Luna, how does payment work. Here is her reply:
“Luna is a special little girl and will make a special surprise to your family, friends and loved ones. Its a ground delivery and will take 10 hours for you to have your new puppy in your arms, She will be driven to your home in a car rather than putting her in the cargo area of the plane, this by far is the safest means of transport as her needs can be attended to at anytime in the course of the trip, so she will get to you healthy and happy. This is how much we care for our puppies. It’s going to cost an overall total of $720 for the puppy including delivery at your home address and she will come alongside the following requirements:
    1. Registration Papers
    2. 1 year health guarantee
    3. Up to date vet records
    4. Ownership document in your name
    5. Favorite toys
    6. Food bowls
    7. Sample food she eats and
    8. Hand booklet for her feeding and medical guide.
Hope you like the items that come with your new puppy. How soon do you want her.

Payment is required before delivery so as to issue a purchase receipt which must be attached to the other delivery documents of Luna. Also a new ownership document for Luna must be processed in your name in which you have to sign and send back to us before we can proceed with delivery.

However we require $400 upfront so we can get everything ready and proceed and balance of $320 is paid upon delivery before you sign the delivery papers. How soon you want her solely depends on you, if payment is sorted out, we will put all necessary requirements together and as well fix an appointment with the vet tomorrow for some last minute routine check so she can be delivered on Friday or Saturday depending on your schedule. We accept payments via Zelle or Cash App, which ever you prefer. Meanwhile we will request pics of her from time to time just to know how she is doing in your home, hope it won’t be a problem for you! Thanks, Kelly and Family.

I wanted to share the entire email thread so you can get the picture of how devastated I am because I honestly thought it was legit. I should have known better when I asked her to call me before sending the money to her because I just wanted to talk to her and she would not call me. People are so F#[email protected] UP!!!

  4. http://www.besthomeofpaws.com Is also a scam they were trying to get me to send $710 and then they said they would send the puppy on a plane and it would get delivered to my house and said it would only cost $110 for the plane ticket which is ridiculously cheap considering their claiming to bring it right to my door LOL …. Does anyone know any legit websites to buy Pitbulls off of ? I can’t believe how many Websites are a scam 😐

    • Hi Tara, this looks like a scam to me. Despite claiming they’ve been in business for 11 years, their website is only 3 months old. They don’t give any addresses, and despite claiming they’re registered with the UKC, they don’t give any registration numbers or make any proof to that claim.

  6. I asked the guy at premium pitbulls to call me and was surprised by his African accent as most of the scams I’ve heard of are in Cameroon Africa. He said his name was Billy and I’m supposed to call him on the 4th of July to make arrangements. Anyone on here know how to sting them instead? They say they are in Las Vegas Nevada I would really like it if a Police officer sees this!

  9. WOW!!!! Thank god I found out this information tonight. I have been having in depth email discussions with “Kelly” from Pits4Famlies. She sent me pictures and videos of a couple of the female puppies that were available. After making the decision for which puppy we wanted she sent me information to make my payment and Angel would be brought right to my home after being flown from Miami to CT for the additional fee. Being someone that has never used ApplePay I was trying to set it up and was having issues. I did a google search to see if there was any information other than a website for them and I came across this information. I am forever grateful that I was having a problem setting up payment. I just saved $810.00

You can tell is a scam, because in their Guarantee section they keep saying “beagle”, not “pitbull” or “bully”.
