Who registered Aircargoxpress.co.uk?

Aircargoxpress.co.uk was registered on August 28, 2017 with PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com t/a Public . It was registered using the following details:
Name:James Smith (EMAIL ADDRESS NOT KNOWN)
Address:19A Belfast Road London London, N16 6UN, United Kingdom
These details are correct as of today (January 12, 2018) but the name and address could possibly belong to an innocent third party if the domain was registered using a stolen credit card. Aircargoxpress.co.uk was registered using the email address EMAIL ADDRESS NOT KNOWN. It was registered 4 months and 15 days ago on August 28, 2017  and expires August 28, 2018. To look at it another way, this “company” only started August 28, 2017 and does not plan to be using the website after August 28, 2018 as it has only a 1 year registration. Would you trust these people enough to pay them money?
