They claims to sell puppys but the domain was actually created by criminals in order to defraud people wanting to buy a bichon frise.
Once you express interest in buying one of the puppys the scammer will send you a template email telling you a lot of details about the puppy as well as information on the best puppy food to use, and how you should take care of your new puppy.

They will even send you “proof” by showing you pictures they have stolen off the internet of bichon frise puppys. will claim to deliver the puppy using a Fraudulent Delivery company.
The “delivery company” is actually another scam website they set up in order to steal your money by charging for non existent delivery, an air conditioned travel crate, medical insurance for your puppy as well as multiple other fees.

  1. Please be careful with this website Ultimatebichos is a scammers! We pay them $900.00 for a Bichons frise and never got it.. know my kids are sad and crying. I don’t know who controls this.. But please be careful..

  2. I want to warn everyone about This is a scam website. He will ask you to pay per paypal and use the family and friends so you cannot get your money back. We ordered one and they are in with a shipping company trans live courier who will ask for a special crate and make you pay for it for $1560.00 before finishing the shipping. They will want you to use cash app or Venom or wire transfer. Then they will say that they cannot deliver the pup because they need pet insurance which will cost you another $1745.00. You will never receive the dog. Don’t fall for it in the first place.

  3. is a whole ass lie. Started off with $800, after payment, the dealer texted again that we need to pay $1400 for a crate. Fake shipping company, never answered calls. Fake breeders, no calls, avoided questions. The dealer stated clearly that there are refunds within a year, however, he refused to refund our initial $800 payment. joyfulbichonfrise is a scam, don’t be fooled by the lower prices and be cautious!!

  4. My friend and I were looking for bichon frise and my friend sent me a website which has the price too good to be true. 700 for a pure AKC puppy and 100 for shipping. Their puppies are all 10 weeks. I yelped and googled them but nothing came up. Then I googled something like “donnot buy from joyfulbichonfrise” and I found this website. This is very helpful. I avoided wasting money to a scam website. And I hope they can stop doing this shit.

  5. Well it seems is now Same SCAM as all the previous posts. Same dog names Hunter, Alice, Mimi. Same fake shipping company. Same City in Atlanta, GA. I asked for pictures and they sent different dogs pictures trying to pass off as “Hunter” with one all wrapped in pink blankets but I was asking for male dog which was suspicious. I asked to speak to owner live to ask more questions and they refused demanding I send for all my information first for contract for me to review. I asked to pick up dog directly and they demanded I use airplane service. I asked for breeder information and I got only City Atlanta, GA. All emails indicated I needed to send my information before they moved forward. All of it didn’t add up and was suspicious to me. BUYER BEWARE. SEND NO MONEY BECAUSE THERE ARE NO PUPPIES FOR SALE.

  6. I just got an email from [email protected] saying to contact them regarding a Merle chihuahua puppy they want to sell me. I was suspect when i saw the email with “Bichon” in it and not something about chihuahuas. Because I know there are a lot of scammers out there, I looked up their name online and found THIS website saying they are a scam. Good thing i checked!
This is the tel# she said for me to call: (321) 804-2143
I will NOT be contacting this scammer! Thank you for the posting here !!

  7. I was looking for a Bichon years by years and found this website. They have a lot of pictures of cute Bichon . I texted them, and asked them to sent me some videos of the puppy, and they did. They gave me a list of how to take care of the puppy, and the puppy will come with microchipped, AKC certificate, 1 year health guarantee, playing toys, etc.. They said transfer $500 to this email [email protected] using zelle, i asked them if i can pay by paypal but they refuse, they said only Zelle. After the payment they will reserve the puppy i like and remove them from the website. I transfer right away. Then they send me his flight details with tracking code. From Happy Chase Express. They told me to pay $450 for Crate #1 Priority, it will be 100% refundable. At this time i know that was scam. I should have check their website first before i send them money. I lost $500. Please don’t trust them, and report them. (619)431-4339 This is their phone number.

  8. Gracious bichons is a scam!! I was interested in hunter and told me they need me to send $500 and asked me to send the rest of the money because the flight tickets were more than they expected. I honestly didn’t feel comfortable about sending them the rest and offered me a refund but it would take 3 business days. Which is bullshit because they asked me to zelle the money and told me it goes through their account department. I got my mom involved and she wanted to go through with it to see if it really is a scam. Told me I need to pay $300 for the insurance of the delivery and it will be refunded back. When 6:25pm came around, no dog. David has blocked our calls and email addresses. I can’t believe I wasted so much money.

  9. My parents were looking for a Bichon and came across graciousbichons. My Dad forwarded me and email they sent him asking him to sent money via Zelle and they would ship him a puppy. That sent up EVERY red flag for me. I came across this site and was able to convince my parents to not send them any money. Thank you all for posting.

  10. Graciousbichons could not answer any of my questions. Only wanted me to answer theirs. Sould like a puppy mill scam to me. Take money promise to ship puppy but you know nothing about their background or pick of puppy. Purchase site unseen.

    • Hi Marilyn, the difference between Graciousbichons and a puppy mill is that a puppy mill sells puppies. Graciousbichons is just a website run by scammers based in Cameroon, West Africa.

  11. I was wise enough to STOP ongoing purchase as it became obvious when they said to use BITCOIN as it was an instant transfer.

  12. They’ve been using our address DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! We do not sell puppies!

  13. I got scam for amount of $500 and no puppy. Here’s their email address: [email protected]
Not sure address is real address: Linda/David Kern 1342 Montreat, Atlanta, GA 30310
phone number: 678-597-9386 / 678-660-8066 when they try to scam more money for shipping. Then I knew that I got scam.

  14. I contacted tel:(678) 20660-8066. I sent a text. Told them that I was interested in the female Kallie. Of course she was available and do was Alice and Mimi. I told him that I was in Florida and would drive to Atlanta. He texted me the address: 1324 Westboro Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30310.
This morning I told him that I was leaving today, June 7 and would be at their location on Saturday. He responds with a text that indicates that I need to send a deposit if $350. Half the price of the puppy.

This sounded very suspicious. In or texts the day before there was no mention of a deposit. The “seller” indicated that he only took cash or debit card. No credit cards and no PayPal. I would never give anyone my debit card information.
Do I decided to see who owned the website. I enter Who is in the search bar of my brower. This site popped up. I was ready to go to Atlanta for a super cute Bichon.

I also had a phone conversation with the “seller”. He had a very heavy accent. I could hardly understand him.
