*Scammers use a physical address to appear more legitimate. The address will have no connection to the actual scam as they will be an innocent third  party are criminals. Their goal is to steal your money.
They will lie, they will tell you sob stories, they will send you pictures of puppys which they have found online, they will assure you of their faith and religion – anything to get your money!

These scammers offer huge discounts that no actual havanese puppy breeder would ever offer. If you see an offer that is too good to be true, it probably is. After you have paid the (hugely discounted) initial fee for the puppy you will be introduced to the “shipping company”.

The Scam Delivery company is simply another website created by the scammer to charge you even more fees for everything from delivery, an air conditioned travel crate, medical insurance for your puppy and even ask you to pay for premium pet food for your puppy!

To see some of these scam delivery companies have a look at Scam Shipping Company.

  1. Same experience. My husband and I were so excited to be getting such a good deal and were going to buy 2 puppies for our 2 granddaughters who we are now raising. 1st flag: The e-mail came from “Lyonn” whose response definitely did not sound like someone from Pennsylvania; 2nd flag: the picture of the puppy we were interested in had a flowering bush behind him and he was only 8 weeks old; 3rd flag: BIG ONE! They only accepted western union payments and not credit cards. It’s just too bad that people like this exist in this world. No conscience or morals when it comes to scamming people.

  2. I was almost scammed by this guy who went by the name of Jeffrey Hugman form Cassie Home Havanese. I’m sure this must not be his real name. Their site is selling beautiful Havanese puppies 1/2 price at $499 with FREE SHIPPING!! Of course, I fell in love with two of them and hoped one would be my furever pup! When he told me I had to send money from Western Union, would not send me pictures of the parent of the pups, was in a big rush for this transaction to take place saying he could fly the puppy the next day! This had RED FLAGS all over it and he was rude in his emails to boot! His address is supposedly 442 Oak Ct, Bensalem PA and his phone is 570 397 7719. I would love to save anyone else from getting involved with this website or person!
