They didn't send pet and used a fraudulent shipping site trying to cheat more money.

Who are

They contact me via email and text message. Pretending the pet was shipped. Then upon delivery time, they said the flight is delayed due to weather, ask for additional money to rent AC crate. As soon as they said so, I realized it is a scam.

These details are correct as of today (April 23, 2018) but the name and address could possibly belong to an innocent third party if the domain was registered using a stolen credit card. was registered using the email address
It was registered and 27 days ago on March 27, 2018  and expires March 27, 2019.

To look at it another way, this “company” only started March 27, 2018 and does not plan to be using the website after March 27, 2019 as it has only a 1 year registration.
