*Scammers use a physical address to appear more legitimate. The address will have no connection to the actual scam as they will be an innocent third  party

Authenticcoons.com are criminals. Their goal is to steal your money.
They will lie, they will tell you sob stories, they will send you pictures of kittens which they have found online, they will assure you of their faith and religion – anything to get your money!

These scammers offer huge discounts that no actual kitten kitten breeder would ever offer. If you see an offer that is too good to be true, it probably is. After you have paid the (hugely discounted) initial fee for the kitten you will be introduced to the “shipping company”.

The Scam Delivery company is simply another website created by the scammer to charge you even more fees for everything from delivery, an air conditioned travel crate, medical insurance for your kitten and even ask you to pay for premium pet food for your kitten!

To see some of these scam delivery companies have a look at Scam Shipping Company.

    “Hi,
Thanks for your inquiry and the details provided. We would have asked to know more about yourself and your relationship with pets.
Am sure you have read about us on our website so we will just proceed.
Getting a male kitten will be the best choice for your other cat and dogs.
Lucky is a very friendly kitty who gets along with other pets, very playful and full of energy.
He could be upto 31IBS at full grown, very huge.
Will cost you $950 as pet and $325 for shipping.
Do confirm and we can proceed”

  3. I am so thankful for all you guys putting this out there. I am looking for a male Maine coon I had came across this site seeing is closer then most Breeder’s . I have been talking to them for a couple days. He wants me to Zelle the money to his account He is using the same number and says from Cook Minnesota. I told him I will pick out the male when I get there he wants a deposit of 750 before I come see them. Thanks so much. ??

  4. They are now using cash app. I’m so glad I did my due diligence and googled as much of the information that they gave me before sending any money. Their phone number hits in Washington DC, but when asked they said that they live in cook Minnesota . When I said we were willing to drive to pick up “Oscar”, a beautiful grey and black striped boy, instead of having him shipped, they said traveling to their location can be difficult this time of year because roads drift closed. They gave me shipping pricing and told me if I wanted to pickup, an immediate deposit through cash app was required for $650. They did send me 4 pictures of each kitten I was looking at that appeared to be in a house but now that I have seen the multiple scam complaints, I’m just not biting. There will be other kittens.

    • I have found that most of the sites I am finding are scams unfortunately. I have asked multiple “breeders” to be able to pick up the cat and they always insist on cash/payment up front. A real breeder would allow to make sure you’re a match with the pet. This couple knows that they can longer use moneygram as I reported the names (as many people probably have)so that’s probably why they changed to a different method of payment.

  6. I called register.com to report the abuse of this site but you will have to go to
    Abuse.web.com
    Register. Com said you can
fill out the form and submit it
    Email them with your report
Or call but it can take up to two weeks for them to call you back as it’s a recording.
Register.com said the other two are more effective and time worthy compared to calling.

  7. I too was almost scammed today for 1275.00. Seen a beautiful Maine coon by the name of lucky. Black and blue jacket. He may exist but not with them. As I was reading these comments I requested from the 2026500764 number who do I send the money to and this is what they sent. They state that moneygram has a policy with them (not a contract) that they are 100% refundable which is not true. They probably would have got me if it was PayPal but then again it would have an actual person to link it to and that would be bad for business.
I don’t live far from dc but they didn’t even give me the option to pick up. They automatically added an additional 325.00 fee for shipping.
    1. No, Moneygram doesn’t. We do have a refund policy because Moneygram is cash pick up and we can refund to you the exact amount should you change your mind. That’s what we mean.
    2. Payment by Moneygram (to be done only at a customer service) Can also be done at your local CVS/Pharmacy.

    Receiver names
    First name: ALENSTTON
    Last name: PELSGENTTON
    State/Zip Code : District of Columbia, 20013

    Amount : $500.00

The thing is, they want it in smaller increments so the scam isn’t flagged as over 1000.00 which requires more information.

They should be ashamed of themselves! I am reporting them. To both register.com and moneygram
Thank goodness they didn’t get any money from me.

  10. I just reached out to them via text. Asking where they were located since it is not specified on their website. Got an immediate reply asking for my email address so they could send me more info. When I replied that I simply wanted to know where they were located so as not to waste my time if they were too far away, they stopped texting. Seemed sketchy to me so I did a Google search on them, which brought me here. Had a funny feeling about them.

  11. They are using the names of Julie & Agbor Aleston with the Phone number (202) 650- 0174
We were scammed by this authenticcoons.com I even checked The International Cat Association and the Cattery was Registered with them so we decided on the kitten we wanted. Luckily the 1st Paymen through Moneygram $600.00 they were not able to collect on. But I was Not aware of that until after I sent the 2nd payment of $500.00. Than they contacted me and asked to change the Moneygram to Walmart to Walmart for some reason they said they wouldn’t let them collect the funds so I called Moneygram and that’s when I found out Agbor Aleston was on a fraudulant watch List. I am so MAD that I was so Stupid to fall for it!!!
