I recently almost got scammed by this people. I contacted a guy saying that he had 2 french bulldogs and that he couldn’t have them anymore. So he will send me the puppy from the USA to Guatemala. This agency asked for a payment via Western Union or Moneygram, and the address was at Kiev, Ukraine. I asked for a payment via paypal and they told me that they didn’t have a business account and they only could receive the money under “family and friends” condition. Ans casually, that’s the only option that you can’t ask for a refund. I didn’t paid anything and they changed their name to Jaypeshippers and the new website is jaypeshippers.com. They were asking me $500 and said that like I haven’t make any payment, they would leave the dog at a shelter.
