I know the company phone number there phone number is +1 (832) 779-7854 those S.O.B owe me $600 dollars I am going to sue them for loss of wages fraud and many other things just to put the number out there that way they can’t try to scam you
They are not legit. Elegance Pugs supposedly dropped my pug off at lionheart pet delivery. I noticed some inconsistencies in company name from email and website and website email was .com and theirs was gmail. I called the number from shipping company email and it went to personal google voice email, similar to breeder, not professional company voicemail. Never called back.
I looked number up online and it cane up related to many scams including how they fake shipping.
Supposedly the puppy was dropped off at 9 and I inquired at 3 because she should’ve been on a flight and was told she was grounded because she wasn’t in approved crate for flight. They wanted me to “rent” one for $825 which I would get $800 back upon delivery. The catch is they only take cash and I should send it to breeder since he’s close by. Breeder tells me to send in form of eBay gift cards and scratch off back and send screenshot of them and receipt. By the way, eBay gift cards aren’t redeemable for cash… I told him already he should lay it out anyway because he was supposed to provide proper crate for shipping and I didn’t expect to get charged an exorbitant amount. He’d get deposit back anyway and he said his daughter was in hospital and he was financially strapped. He used this sob story several times when I questioned him and asked why I was doing this to him and he wanted to prove himself to me. He said people clone and hijack his sites when I sent him links to things I found related to him. He also said he has court cases against them. I was skeptical but just hoped it could be true!! Heed the warnings- Do not buy a dog online!
I am having current communication with them at this moment. I believe I am being scammed now after paying $600.00 yesterday for a pug puppy from breeder below. I am still reaching out to confirm. Yes the delivery service asked for Western union to pay for a special crate due to weather. When I made the payment western union rejected it for potential fraud. now they are asking me to go to walmart and get a pre paid card and give them the number on the back to insure my puppy makes the flight. They say my puppy is in their possession now.
