How can this issue be fixed?
We also were scammed on Aug 8, 2018 by this company. Bought a puppy through Johnson’s Australian Shepherds in Katy, Texas. This company was charging $450 for puppy; $150 to ship and the air transport was charging another $1350 for rental of an air-conditioned crate, with reimbursement on the dog’s arrival at our front door. If we don’t pay the fee and have the dog shipped, the air freight company is going to sue us. We’re not paying for the crate and taking the $600 loss.
