I fell victim of these scammers, shameful, but hope this help. I bought couple of parrots to a person with the name of EDUARDO VELAZQUEZ, selling in Craighlist, it looked all legit, pics and videos of the birds and the man. but after paying for the birds, he demanded lots of money for shipping, cage, insurance… you name it. then investigated the” shipping company”, then I realized it, it was a scam.
Below is an email from Blue-Dart Shipping. They do not accept usual payment methods. Very practiced method of speech, as if read from a script. Felt awkward and no real. They hung up when I asked for more information.
