I trusted them because they had sent me an email with instructions and also a tracking number that tracks my puppy’s arrival. The next day I got a call from this man named Matt and said I had to pay $800 for a crate, it came with food, toys and blanket for my puppy. I said I can buy those at the store and a crate as well so what will it be without all that and he said $600. All through CASHAPP DONT BELIEVE IT! So he said I’d have to pay that fee first and I know right this is mayor sketchy it’s this website! Every time I called the phone number it directed me to one specific person. Every time I got on the phone with this man he changed his story about my puppy and added extra fees. He said that my puppy didn’t have a certain insurance certificate and I had to pay $350. In total I lost $950. He said when the deliver service arrives with my puppy I will get 100% my money back in cash. And it just kept going on like that. My puppies flight was delayed from flying Oregon to Nevada, Nevada to California, his ride was longer than 24 hours. This made and makes NO SENSE. My puppy is alone and who knows what they do to them. I called the previous owner and he wondered wow this is odd now he was worried for my puppy. Mind you he’s all under my name and has all his shots and AKG good! He’s 11 weeks old, now I’m lost of money, time and my puppy. This one last thing the man said triggered me. He said your puppy is in QUARANTINE, I said okay fine, when will I get him. The man said tomorrow before noon. Now i was called that day early wondering why his tracking was updating that he should be on his way. And he when he finally picked up the phone after I called 8am – 12:58 pm he said my puppy is in QUARANTINE FOR 2 WEEKS and if I want him delivered today then I’ll pay $800 for him to be home safe. WHAT THE ACTUAL F**K. I had patience until I couldn’t help but say this is total bs and why can’t I get pictures of my puppy or videos of my puppy and they didn’t even allow it to tell me exactly what address my puppy was at. As I’m typing this paragraph I wish I listened to my gut when I felt odd about how everything was being handled. I’ve asked for a refund and he’s declined my request. I called and no answer. I texted that number “are you there” he said “yes, am lil busy” like wtf is that even proper to be texting in lowercase and misspelled words to your client!! NOO! Then I said “what you’re doing is FRAUD” This is horrible in all shapes and forms I can’t even bring to tell you all what I’m really feeling. Now my actual puppy is taken by some criminal strangers. I’m heart broken because this is happening to often. THEY WILL GET CAUGHT!

They asked me for 390 more for insurance which seemed sketchy. They said that i would be charged for abandonment and animal abuse if i didn’t send them the money. I didnt fall for it but i dont know if i can get my money back , for the 290$ shipping. The seemed pretty legit but once they asked ofr the 390$ it got really sketchy. Be careful , dont be another one of their victims .

They gave me a tracking # everything seem to be ligit . They called back 8 hrs later saying there having trouble getting the plugs from Missouri to Tennessee. when this was suppose to be a one way flight from Wyoming to Tennessee. They threaten me with law issues saying I’m abandoning the dogs . This is 100% scam .I never got the dogs . I don’t know if the law can help .I saved all emails and phone conversations.
