Sparkle Pet Movers is a complete scam preying on people who love animals. They do not exist. They will come up with continuous statements of how they need additional funds to get a pet through certain requirements. I got involve when one victim was told they needed $1000 more to bribe local officials. It is sad. I hope to indict them, but it is doubtful that we will ever find out who is involved.
