I work nights so by the time i woke up at 7pm est i had no email from anyone with information on my pet. an hour after calling mike, which was not a pleasant conversation because he is not very friendly or helpful and basically told me it wasnt his problem, i didnt get my email from some animal mover with information. a flight number in the heading but as i read on it says the flight was not booked as of yet and still processing.
