Do not ever do business with Cherry Valley Shih Tzu in Virginia. She represents herself as Nina Jones. She claims she is a loving Christian woman. She scammed me out of $509.00. This is suppose to include the adoption fee and plane ticket. I received an email this am from SN Logistics shipping company stating my city requested a permit for her transfer and insurance. They demanded an additional $950 in order to ship our puppy Rosie. When I contacted Cherry Valley Shih tzu she wouldn't return my calls. Stated in an email that is a reputable shipper and that after I paid the $950 I would be reimbursed the $950 back. These are all lies. These folks are criminals. Don't become a victim like us tonite. Please follow up with your state regulations thru the agriculture department. They use the puppies as bait to trick you into paying these outrageous fees. We have no puppy tonight and I'm out my money for now. Bottom line is folks buy local and drive.
