I have had a run-in with this scammer.
The head scammer claimed his name is Ryan Ruiz.
He used two email adresses:
mcclafelidae@gmail.com
vatican_air.express@usa.com
He has a very heavy accent that might be russian or Cameroon.
His telephone had a distintive hollow tinny echo like sound that broke up frequently.
When he tried to pronounce the word Tucson he would say Tukksun.
He employed three other people in his scam but they were really just him doing a bad job of impersonating.
Some Names he used in a Wallmart to Wallmart money tranfer was:
Kriston Tambe of Snellville GA
James Acha, Macon, GA
He claimed his home address was:
170 Milledge Heights, Athens, GA
