The consultant i was speaking refused to give me a physical address for their building and would not let me pick up my pet that I’d already purchased. I asked him questions but he could barely answer any of them because he clearly has absolutely no idea how pet courier works etc.

They contacted me because apparently my pet can not be transported via air if she’s not in a thermal cargo cage whereas they carged me a (apparent) ‘refundable’ R17 250 for the cage. When I refused to pay they said that refunds are not available and that it’s not their problem.

Super scam!!
Do not trust them, they just disappoint and don’t keep their word!!
